Cancellation Policy
Coaching Services — Cancellation & No-Refund Policy All Sales Are Final All payments for coaching sessions, packages, courses, and memberships are non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or unused sessions. Cancellation & Rescheduling I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. To cancel or reschedule, you must contact me directly via email at nathallie@nathhughes.com or via Telegram. No-Shows If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, that session is forfeited. No exceptions. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a session without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and forfeited. Package Expiration All sessions must be completed within your package window [5 weeks for the 2-session package, and 10 weeks for the 5-session package] beginning from the date of your first scheduled session. Unused sessions after your package window expires are forfeited with no refund or credit issued. Emergencies I understand that life happens. If a genuine emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation policy are granted solely at my discretion and are not guaranteed. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
