Cancellation Policy
If you're booking an email reading, you will receive your reading within 3 business days of the date/time you selected when booking. If you're booking a live reading, your session will take place on the date and time selected at checkout. You must email me 24 hours beforehand to reschedule, if needed. You may reschedule twice before your session is cancelled and all funds are forfeited. Live sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase, otherwise your session is cancelled, and all funds paid are forfeited. You must show up to your live session within 15 minutes of the selected time, or your session will be cancelled and all funds will be forfeited. There are no refunds. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
