Most of us want a hard forumula to follow when it comes to relationships... And that's really nonexistent in a lot of ways.
Things like boundaries tend to be a buzz topic online. There's a lot of focus on the best way to communicate boundaries. But, there's actually something more important than that.
Because we all come from our own childhoods and cultures. We all have different needs. So when it comes to establishing boundaries, or communicating boundaries, that is going to look different from person to person.
How you communicate your boundaries doesn't matter if the person you're dating doesn't care about what you need. And having a partner who communicates their boundaries doesn't matter if that person isn't really self ware enough to establish boundaries that are going to support your mutual well-being.
That's why, in today's podcast episode, we're talking about the formula you can follow in order to get better relationships.
Instead of focussing on boundaries, which are important, I suggest you focus on who you're choosing to be in relationships with. Choosing these particular types of people will put you ahead in so, so many ways.
